Lock the main gate
Please ensure the main gate is secured from inside before you settle in for the night.
No loud speakers after 11 PM
We're in a quiet, close-knit neighborhood. Please keep music and voices at a respectful level post 11 PM.
Use only essential outdoor lights
Feel free to keep the place comfortably lit — just switch off lights in rooms or areas you're not using.
Close the glass doors at night
The hall and courtyard open up through beautiful glass doors. Please close them before turning in or stepping out — keeps insects out and the cool air in.

The property is fully fenced and safe, but we share this land with the animals of Brahmagiri. A little awareness goes a long way.
Snakes are rare, but the region is their home. If you spot one, keep your distance and call us immediately.
Insects & spiders are part of country living. We treat the property regularly, but an odd visitor is normal.
Don't panic — just be aware. If you see anything unusual, call us.
The Pool
Depth, care & children's safety.
Depth & Size
5 ft deep (water level at 4.5 ft). Not ideal for non-swimmers or young children without direct supervision.
Children Care
Strict parental supervision required at all times. No inflatable floats or diving. Pool is uncovered — please be mindful.
Hygiene
The pool is cleaned and chemically treated every morning. No glass near the pool. Please shower before entering.
Night Swimming
Night swimming is absolutely permitted! The pool lights work beautifully after dark. Just please be mindful of noise levels for the neighborhood.

Pretty straightforward. Each room has clearly marked switches for lights, fans, and ACs. The main bedroom has a master switch by the bed.
Outdoor
The outdoor switch box is near the main door. There are multiple switches — use only the ones you need. Flip up to turn on, down to turn off.
